A structural steel package is the skeleton everything else in the building depends on, which is why we engineer it before we cut a single piece. Every job starts with certified shop drawings from a retained engineer, produced in AutoCAD, so the general contractor and building inspector both know exactly what's being installed before it arrives on site.
Hamilton's industrial east end, harbourfront redevelopment, and growth in Ancaster and Waterdown all mean different things structurally — retrofit steel into an existing plant is a different job than framing a new-build warehouse. We scope both the same way: site visit or drawing review, engineered shop drawings, fabrication in our 12,000 sq ft shop, then delivery and erection on your Hamilton site.
Engineering and shop drawings → fabrication (cutting, fitting, welding to CWB W47.1 standard) → quality check → delivery → on-site erection. We keep the same crew and project lead through every stage, so nothing gets lost in a handoff.
